Stip terms (stip-tos-v1)
Dated 2026-08-31.
Stip is a spend-policy and HTTP 402 till. The operator holds Core keys. The agent EOA holds spend USDC. Stip never takes custody of principal.
Seat
20 native Circle USDC per month on Avalanche C-Chain to STIP_PAY_TO. Unpaid pauses the seat.
Paid calls
0.5% facilitator fee (floor 0.001 USDC, cap 0.25 USDC). Not taken from principal. Native Circle USDC only:

USDC.e and USDT are rejected. No cards.
No card refunds
There is no card. An on-chain USDC seat is final except if Stip never received or credited it. Then we fix the credit. There is no card chargeback.
Policy
The policy (agent, caps, allowlist hosts or 0x, expiry, revoke) is the spend limit. Sellers (Tavily and others) are third parties. Stip is not liable for their content or rotating deposit addresses.
The operator is responsible for the agent key and what it signs.
As-is
Software and protocol as-is. No company entity yet. These terms are the deal.
Acceptance
Paying 20 USDC on Avalanche C-Chain from the operator address is acceptance of this version (keccak256 of these canonical bytes).
